They are organized so you can easily find what matters most to you. If your question is not here, please get in touch with us here.

Yes! Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary, planning a relaxing escape together, or just craving some quality time, I curate couples’ travel that’s tailored to your shared style—adventurous, luxurious, or somewhere in between. Think private experiences, dreamy stays, and meaningful moments without the stress of planning it all yourself.
Share everything: your travel preferences, desired pace, special diet needs, loved hotels, and activities you enjoy. The more I know, the better I can curate an unforgettable trip.
As early as possible! The sooner we begin, the more options you’ll have when it comes to availability, pricing, and those highly sought-after perks—like room upgrades, priority access, and unique experiences that tend to book out fast. Early planning also means less stress and more time to get excited about your trip. Whether it’s a big adventure or a quick getaway, let’s start mapping it out now—your future self will thank you!
Typically, I offer a complimentary consultation call to understand your needs and establish how we’ll work together. From there, we’ll craft a proposal and proceed.
To protect you and our business from potential fraud, we do not accept last-minute bookings. These types of requests are occasionally linked to urgent travel scams, so we have safeguards in place to ensure every trip is booked securely and responsibly.
Here’s how the process works:
Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll have an initial consultation and, if you choose to move forward, you’ll officially hire us by completing the onboarding paperwork and paying the planning fee (if there is one). From there, we begin crafting your custom travel experience.
The full process generally takes 2–3 business days, depending on your travel needs. Once payments are cleared through the bank and all documents are signed, we’ll provide you with a draft itinerary to review before any final confirmations are made. Once the itinerary is finalized and approved by you, we will begin booking the trip for you.
We believe in thoughtful planning, transparent communication, and delivering a travel experience you can feel confident and excited about.
I offer personalized travel planning tailored to your preferences, budget, and travel style. This includes crafting detailed itineraries, recommending accommodations, arranging transportation, and providing insider tips to ensure a smooth and memorable trip. Once we discuss your travel goals, I handle the research and design, keeping you involved for approvals before finalizing.
Planning Fees, Discounts &
Agreements
To begin crafting your personalized travel itinerary, a Trip Design Fee ranging from $50 to $150 (higher for complex trips like safaris or luxury travel) is required. This fee covers the time, research, and professional planning involved in building your perfect trip. If you book your trip through me and complete your travel, you will receive a 75% refund of this fee within 30–60 days after your return, OR once all supplier commissions and payments have been processed.
Please note, the fee is non-refundable if you decide not to book through me or cancel after itinerary approval. Final itinerary approval must be signed before any bookings are made. This policy ensures fairness and transparency while honoring the time invested in planning your unique travel experience.
Hotel bookings are complimentary—my compensation comes from partners. For more complex, full-service trips, I may charge a transparent planning fee upfront. No surprises.
Yes! Once a service agreement or itinerary approval is signed, it is considered a binding contract between you (the client) and my travel planning business. These agreements outline the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, and expectations for both parties.
By signing, you agree to adhere to the terms as outlined. If a breach of contract occurs, I reserve the right to seek legal support, including the hiring of an attorney, to enforce the agreement. This policy helps protect the integrity of the services I provide and ensures a fair and respectful relationship throughout the planning process.
Only one discount may be applied per booking. This includes promotional offers from suppliers that I have access to through my partnership with Fora, as well as any discounts I may personally offer on my planning or service fees. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
Trip Customization &
Planning Process
I can guide you toward the best flight choices and mileage or fare deals, and help you book through trusted partners!
hould something unexpected arise (cancellations, delays, travel advisories), I’ll handle any adjustments, rebookings, or support needed—for peace of mind all the way.
Yes! I can advise on and help facilitate insurance that covers health emergencies, trip interruptions, lost luggage, and more.
Change and cancellation policies vary depending on the suppliers (airlines, hotels, tours) involved. I will help you understand any fees or restrictions before booking. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact me as soon as possible so I can assist with minimizing penalties and adjusting your plans where possible. Please note that the Trip Design Fee is non-refundable at this point.
Absolutely! Your trip is designed around your interests, needs, and budget. I collaborate closely with you throughout the process, sharing drafts and incorporating your feedback. Your final approval is required before any bookings are made to ensure your itinerary reflects your vision perfectly.
Hotels, Bookings & Perks
I collaborate closely with you to understand your travel preferences, then take care of everything—from hotel and transfer bookings to itinerary design—creating a fully customized trip that matches your taste and budget.
Yes—if you booked directly through the hotel, I can do a “Takeover Booking.” Just send me your confirmation and I’ll request to be the agent of record so you can enjoy complimentary VIP upgrades without changing your booking.
Absolutely—for flights, loyalty points are great. But for hotels, using points typically removes your eligibility for perks. I recommend using points for airfare, and booking accommodations with me to unlock VIP benefits.
I use a built-in tool that automatically monitors eligible hotel bookings for price changes. If your exact room drops by at least $50 and 5% of the total cost, I’ll notify you. You’ll have the option to rebook at the lower price — or even upgrade your room for the same rate, when available. It’s just one more way I help you travel smart.
Benefits of Working With a Travel Advisor
By planning through me, you’ll enjoy seamless logistics and access to exclusive perks like room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, and resort credits, thanks to my relationships with over 8,200 hotels and travel partners such as Virtuoso, Four Seasons, Rosewood, and Belmond.
Not at all! Hotels typically pay travel advisors a smaller commission than big online agencies, and they prefer working with advisors to offer extra benefits to clients—in other words: value-added for you, easy for them.
Great! If you’ve done your research, I can take care of bookings to secure perks like upgrades and early check-in/out—all without extra cost. Think of me as your travel-savvy best friend who ensures you get insider benefits.

These terms are often used interchangeably. “Travel agent” is the more traditional title, but “travel advisor” better reflects the personalized, hands-on service I offer. As a Fora Advisor, I help clients plan everything from weekend escapes and couples’ getaways to group trips and hotel bookings — all with expert guidance and access to exclusive perks you won’t find on booking sites.
